The early damage of asphalt pavement is the important topic of highway and bonding layer plays a very important role in preventing reflective crack and waterproof.This paper is based on the cooperative research project "Complex pavement structure reasonable and practical technique research" project of Guangxi province traffic science and technology project plan "Durability pavement practical technology research"(Guangxi/comprehensive [2008]75), relying on the highway from Nanning (Tanluo) to Baise pavement design, and makes a deep research on the application of the highway for Tanluo to Baise crack waterproof glue layer technology. This paper comparative analyze rubber modified asphalt binder,SBS asphalt binder waterproof layer, reactive waterproof layer and stress absorbed layer,based on pavement structure design of the highway for Tanluo to Baise.On the interface treatment methods of the highway for Tanluo to Baise bond layer was discussed detailed, and the physical methods treatment of cement concrete road surface roughness, such as, jet treatment and mechanical treatment, were fully described.And then cement concrete surface treatment, for example, macroscopic observation float pulp and floating dust, pendulum type frictiograph test for friction coefficient, surface texture depth and foreign SP roughness rating contrast were summarized.Finally, bond properties between the layers and construction technology of the rubber asphalt stress absorbed membrane were researched, the shear tests or pull out tests was used to test the shear strength or bond strength of complex pavement interface layer, and the highway for Tanluo to Baise complex pavement cement road surface existing measures and the material requirements were illustrated. Through the research,it is found that the rubber asphalt has a better performance,spill amount should be controlled in1.0~1.5kg/m2, single particle size should be9.5~13.2mm aggregate, and aggregate should fill60%. In order to improve the bonding between the layers, composite cement road surface should adopt the way of milling planer, dense groove, blast technical measures, etc. New paving cement road surface ought to use dense groove method to deal with the concrete surface, groove spacing as8-10mm, groove depth as1~1.5mm, slot width as2-3mm.
