Power factor correction technology has play an important role in the switching power,it has been emploied to soved the increasingly serious harmonic pollution problems in the circuit. zero-voltage zero-current solf switching technology is one of the main methods to high frequency.Phase shift full-bridge circuit with power factor correction has been reseached in the paper.The system was composed of preceding stage power factor correction circuit and backward stage shift full-bridge circuit.The principle of the circuit was analysed in detail.The open-loop transfer function of the system was deduced. The control strategy of average current control based on the IC UC3854was emploied in the preceding stage. the control strategy base on the IC UC3875in the backward stage was peak current control. the parameters of each device were calculated,and the type of the device was selected.The bode diagram of the open-loop transfer function of the system was ploted by MATLAB7.0,And the result of simulink verify design.Finally,a prototype of1000W was produced.The key relevant experimental waveforms was showed.The result releal that the0.99of power factor was implemented.The performance o fthe circuit of pase shift full-bridge was favorable.The solft switching was achieved. The voltage current stress of switch tube and loss of energy were reduced. Voltage ripple was controlled in an ideal range.The good performance of system was proved.
