And then this paper have improve the unreasonable point of the production line. And then set up mathematical model using Genetic algorithm,finally ensure the way of the process and the work step,and bring about the technology reconstruction of engine crankcase production line, proceed to the next step according to improve process flow diagram,and layout the Improved process lineworkshop through the application of the group technology.It take the actual situation of the enterprise into account fully, and uses the enterprise existing equipment, At the same time consider the long-term development of the enterprise planning and technical and economic analysis,to design the distribution of production line again. Finally, using the computer simulation method emulate engine crankcase production line,then ensure the rationality and feasibility, meanwhile optimizes production line.It not only can increase the productivity of enterprises,but also can improve the enterprise automation degree and realize flexible manufacturing.
