Face the growing tension of natural resources and the deteriorated natural environment in the world, the effective utilization of solar energy resources has became the way of the sustainable development of our powerful, and in the new field of refrigeration, semiconductor refrigeration as a new technology of using semiconductor materials, it bring us the incomparable advantage in comparison to traditional refrigeration, In the current,with energy tension and power shortages, make the solar power and semiconductor refrigeration technology organic union, the development of solar energy semiconductor refrigeration technology has became important practical significance. This article aim at the existing key technological problems of solar semiconductor refrigeration,we take some investigations about system of energy optimization of transformation and effective control.The main job of this paper is about:Building solar semiconductor refrigeration experiment device in research for cooling performance, and analyzed the process of semiconductor refrigeration, semiconductor refrigeration that change of the main parameters with time passing. And found that the temperature difference of semiconductor refrigeration had a great effect on refrigerating capacity, the refrigeration coefficient and the minimum refrigeration temperature.To reduce the temperature difference between the hot side and cold side, we analyzes the two plans which forced air convection cooling and water cooling on the influence of refrigeration effect, and draw the conclusion:when the temperature change rate and minimum temperature value of the water cooling is better than forced air convection cooling did.Design experiment to determine the best working current refrigeration system, it is found that the best experimental current value of the semiconductor refrigeration device is closed to the theoretical value.so we get the good result and achieve the expected purpose.The experimental analysis of the sun radiation intensity on the refrigerating capacity influence. Along with the increase of the sun radiation intensity, refrigeration capacity would be rised, but when radiation intensity reach the800W/m2refrigerating capacity would not increase significantly with the the rise of radiation intensity.We have compared the output voltage and current whit the battery or not in the system, and analyzed emphatically the cooling effect the influence by battery in the work or not, we find that in the morning until noon time whitout batteries work, the impact of the cooling effect is not obvious. So in practical applications,we can appropriatly select system’s working time to reduce the use of the battery.This paper’s the researching is based on the demand of solar semiconductor refrigeration, the results provide very good significance of guidance what can be used for solutions of solar semiconductor refrigeration...
