| Nowadays, as the gradually increasing in people's living standard, as well as the rapid development of science and technology, people have become increasingly dependent on air-conditioning, but as the widely using in Compression refrigeration, it leads to some very serious environmental problems, which in return exerts adverse effects on the development of the air-conditioning. Especially as the using of the technology of the Freon, which destory ozone layer of atmosphere, attracting more and more people's attention. Semiconductor refrigeration—a technology which was not attached too much importance in the civil industry before, have been achieving good acceptances now, after decades of development, Semiconductor refrigeration already get quite great progress and its advantages are very prominent.This paper intends to clear the research content, target and significance through research of the history and development of the semiconductor technology, pass the collection to relevant materials of the Semiconductor refrigeration's research and development, as well as my work experience. On this base, this paper has analyzed the Physical basis, characteristics and principles of Semiconductor refrigeration, sorted out the effect factors of the refrigeration performance. In the meantime,, through existing conditions, the author build a small semiconductor refrigeration incubator experiment platform , access to the relevant data from a series of experiments. On the basis of analyzing the data, the advantages and disadvantages and further study of the Semiconductor refrigeration in incubator is obtained.On the base on of analyzing the relevant data and referring to correlative literature, this paper gets the first hand information about the factor of the Semiconductor refrigeration, this also help to set down a standard of making"small refrigerator". |
