| The basic transmission form of the circular arc gear is external meshing, and theapplication of parallel axes transmission with external engagement is wide and mature.Circular arc profile has been successfully applied to the bevel gear and the worm drive. Todevelop the circular arc gear with inner engagement can extend the application scope of thecircular arc gear. By this, it can be applied to the transmission with inner meshing,planetary gear train and other transmission, giving full play to its advantages. In thesituation whose transmission require high reliability such as wind farms or nuclearpower generator, the manufacturing of annular gear which is carburized and quenchedis much difficult. If the circular arc gear is applied, the heat treatment which can resultin too large deformation can be avoided and the cost can be reduced. In this paper themain contents studied and the methods used are as follows:(1)On the basis of the principal of double-circular-arc gears meshing, the gearsurface equation of the double-circular-arc gears with inner meshing can be deduced.Then the end tooth profile equation of circular arc gear can be obtained. Besides, theerror of the transmission of the circular arc gear with inner engagement and theinfluence resulted in by helical angle have been analyzed;(2)The three-dimensional models of standard circular arc gear with innermeshing and external meshing have been created inside the SolidWorks2010file withVB6.0;(3) On the base of ANSYS, which has enhanced functionality forfinite-element, finite-element models of kinds of gears to be analyzed have beencreated in both of the dynamic module and the static module. Then both of thedynamic contact finite-element analysis and static contact finite-element have beenmade and the maximum value of the contact stress can be founded in the twosituations. And by comparing the two maximum value,the conclusion is drawn;(4)On the base of the standard of double-circular-arc gears, the precision and inspection tolerance of double-circular-arc gears with inner meshing are discussed.From the geometry theory of double-circular-arc gears is deduced, some parameterswhich are often used in precision testing have been deduced and some work on thebasic theory has been done for the studying of double-circular-arc gears with innermashing;... |
