Gravity retaining wall has been widely used in China’s civilconstruction of retaining structures. But retaining walls are generally rely onweight to achieve their own stability, retaining wall can be made into variousforms to satisfy different needs, however, still amounted to less than idealresults. In the loess region, a large number of gravity retaining wall due tochanges in the conditions of use due to continuous rainfall makes the wallappear instability phenomena.The framework prestressed anchor is ageotechnical anchoring technique based on a new type of supportingstructure. Widely used in the slope supporting the surrounding rockanchoring, cavern reinforcement project. It has low cost, light weight, highlyconstrained small, slope disturbance and control the deformation, etc.. Thispaper firstly presents the use of the framework of prestressed anchor toreinforce the instability of gravity retaining wall. Reinforced retaining wallsupporting structure is a new combination of mainly composed of four partsof the framework, gravity retaining wall anchor and wall soil mass. At thispoint, the gravity retaining wall is to maintain the overall stability of thewall through the wall of the weight and anchor prestressed. Research done inthis article are as follows:(1)Prestressed Anchor structure supporting the model, this paper presentsthe instability of gravity retaining wall reinforcement technique based on theframework of prestressed anchor retaining structure model.(2)It is a very difficult problem to Value for the earth pressure behind theretaining wall after the reinforcement of technique of frame with prestressedanchors.
