In recent years,with the enhancement of environmental protection consciousnessand the sound of relevant national environmental laws, people is aware of theenormous damage to the surrounding environment that cased by the rapiddevelopment of national petroleum, chemicals and other heavy industry, which causedmany researchers to research the high impermeability of concrete used by the oilrefineries, chemical plants and other projects to prevent the plant penetrationindustrial material from damaging the groundwater.The article through the comparison carried on two materials of XYPEX (awaterproof material) and steel fiber and ordinary concrete benchmarks on theimpermeability test,28days compressive strength test and splitting strength testcontrast, study of the two kinds of materials with different dosage respectively havewhat improvement effect and influence of on the concrete performance. On one hand,the article shows the improvement process of concrete overall performance fromsingle incorporation of XYPEX to the complex mixing of steel fiber, on the otherhand, further analysis the microscopic mechanism the XYPEX effect on concreteimpermeability, finally apply of the variance analysis method to obtain respectivelythe significant of the two kinds of material influence on concrete performance and theoptimal dosage when complex mixing concrete. The main contents of this paper asfollows:(1) Through the determination and analysis of various test indexes after theXYPEX mixing with concrete, we study of the improvement of performance andshortcomings after it.(2) Put forward it that research the microscopic mechanism the XYPEX effect onconcrete impermeability by there ways of scanning electron microscope, X ray energyspectrum and X ray diffraction spectrum.(3) The article study of the improvement process of concrete overall performanceafter the concrete mixing into the XYPEX and steel fiber, and put forward the analysisthought of two kinds of material mutually compensate.(4) Discussed the variance analysis between the two kinds of material of mixedsteel fiber and XYPEX concrete and test index, and summarized the significantlyand the optimal dosage of the mixture of two kinds of material effect on concreteperformance. And provide preliminary theoretical basis for further relevant highresistant permeability engineering when using concrete.The analysis shows that: using the there methods of scanning electronmicroscope, X ray energy spectrum and X ray diffraction spectrum can accurate research the internal process and microscopic mechanism of XYPEX effect on theimpermeability of concrete, and realize the test goal that XYPEX can determineimprove the concrete impermeability performance.
