| In the construction process of some hydraulic structures,such as dams and gates,due to more contact with water,the waterproof and impermeability of the building itself is particularly important.At present,there are many kinds of building waterproof materials in China,and XYPEX admixture is one of them.In order to ensure the long-term performance of concrete mixed with XYPEX admixture,it is of great significance to further study the performance of XYPEX concrete.The main research contents of this paper are as follows: this experiment selects the local concrete raw materials in Shuozhou,Shanxi Province,and explores the optimal waterproof and compressive content of XYPEX admixture through concrete experiment,and carries out the microscopic SEM,EDS and XRD detection and analysis of XYPEX concrete block under the optimal content,The influence of XYPEX on the performance of concrete is analyzed from the micro mechanism level.After the test and analysis of relevant data,it is concluded that:(1)XYPEX can improve the impermeability of concrete.In this experiment,the optimum content of XYPEX is 1.6%,and the seepage height is reduced from 112 mm to65mm,which is 42%.(2)The addition of XYPEX can improve the compressive strength of concrete.In this concrete compression test,the optimal content of XYPEX admixture in the performance of compressive strength is 1.6%,and the compressive strength of XYPEX concrete is 21% higher than that of the benchmark concrete.(3)after microscopic examination of XYPEX concrete specimens,it was found that on the one hand,XYPEX promoted hydration of cement and generated more calcium silicate hydrate(C-S-H gel)filled into concrete internal pores.On the other hand,XYPEX produces branch like crystals in the concrete and fills into the capillary tubes inside the concrete.The combined effect of these two aspects makes the internal compactness of concrete improved,and the macroscopic performance is to enhance the waterproof and impermeability performance and compressive strength of concrete. |
