The paper has analyzed and discussed the best dynamic characteristics, the bestfuel economy and best transmission shift schedule, then put forward to achieve thebest fuel economy shift law of real-time adjustment method. Through analysising thevehicle dynamic economy and the percentage of quantitative, get a comprehensivecontrol of shift points and a way to balance dynamics and fuel economy. Then inSimulink software environment established the system model, and the simulationexperiment. The simulation resulted very good verify the validity and feasibility ofthe shift schedule.The paper has made smooth and comfort shift as a starting point in order toreduce the impact and the degree for the premise,analyzed the clutch actuator controldrive motor performance. And also designed a PID controller compareadding the Nojoining the PID controller system through the simulation.Based on Jerk and the friction work, and taking into account the initial intentionof the driver and clutch combination of speeding, the paper has put forward the fuzzycontroller of a clutch.The paper has designed a throttle fuzzy PID controller, through the blurreconciliation fuzzy, on-line control parameters to adjust, and obtained the differenttarget opening more ideal response under tracking curve.
