The automatic filling lines of double-decked bag is widely applied in thepackaging lines, the traditional packaging machine lines can not adapt to the growingneeds of diversification and personalized of double bag packaging for their low degreeof automation and speed, low-quality packaging, single packing species and poorcontinuity of production.The automatic filling line of double-decked bag studied and designed in this articleis a kind of packaging line which can automatically and glidingly complete loading bags,filling,tying, seaming, moving, testing,pulling down the bags, turning bags and stowingand other processes,adapting for a variety of double bags packing such as Chemicalproducts, chemicals, agricultural products.Combining with the space analytic geometry theory, graphic analytic geometrytheory, material mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics theory, ANSYS finite elementanalysis methods and so on. For the double bag automation technology inside the bagmolding and key card buckled to bending deformation theory and the practice of thecombination of the research,this article as long as includes the following four aspects:First,the overall program of double bag for automated filling line.First of all,according to technical parameters, the production requirements, analysis the processflow of packing line, to make an overall packing line layout,so that a beautiful shapepacking line with compact structure, easy for operation can be designed!Second,the processing technology of the double bag as well as inside the bagmolding design of organization.Analytic geometry of space and plane analytic geometryand theoretical methods to determine the gradient of the molding body inside the bagequations, analysis to guide the use of four gradient as well as design criteria.Third,the firm mouth process of the inside bag of double bags.BY analyzing thecharacteristics of the double bag, the inside bag of double bags pierced the mouthscheme design program is put forward. The material mechanics theory, elastic-plasticmechanics theory and methods are used to analyze the firm mouth process, theU-shaped buckle bending force deformation equations.Fourth, the stress cloud analysis of U-shaped buckle bendingdeformation.Applied with ANSYS finite element, static analysis to deformation processof the U-shaped buckle help to get the buckle deformation stress points which areconcentrated in the buckle curved endpoints upper and lower parts, and get themaximum force of deformation.At last,this study are summarized,and some shortages and the next step tocontinue the work are put forward.
