Research And Development Of Electrode Automatic Packaging Production Line

The electrode automatic packaging line is one of the key equipments of welding rod packaging process,which function is to locate, subpackage, weight and storage electrode accurately, it can conform to the production requirement of the enterprises and countries through electrode subcontracting and weighing.This thesis aimed at the problems of inaccurate electrode packaging in domestic, low level in automatic storaging and the costly imported equipment,researched and developed a automatic packaging production line which can package, count, weigh and storage automatically. Proposed a accelerated separation method to achieve accurate counting and locatting and a median control method to ensure the packing quality of electrode This line has been used in the Tianjin Yuanda Industry and Trade Co., Ltd and Tianjin Bridge Welding Materials Co., Ltd.The research results of this project include:(1) In view of the electrode packaging machine situation in domestic companies, which is imperfect in packaging and weighting, a new kind of automatic counting,subpackage and weighing electrode packaging machine has been designed and developed. Through futher study of the electrode method in domestic and overseas, a method of accelerate-separation is proposed for accuratly counting and location.(2) Combined with the situation that when the electrode packaging machine broken down, the most work was finished by workers and stored locally, a welding rod storage bin which can store and take electrode automatically has been designed and developed.(3) This research used the PLC as the core control system for the electrode automatic packaging production line.Through the RS232, the real-time communication between the PLC and weighing module has been achieved.This system achieved the functions of automatic count, subpackage, weighing and storage.(4) Through the inverter technology, the motor operating speed has been controlled.According to the requirement of different packaging speed of the welding rod producers, vary the frequency of the inverter, the speed-control requirements of the automatic packaging production line has been realized.
