In the design of forming filling and sealing packing machine, as a packaging machine key components, forming shoulder are crucial factors. It has a direct effect on packaging machine production speed, packing style, size, product quality and so on.This article presents a new processing method. The method improves the precision of forming shoulder, the processing is simplified, and reduce the production cost.Firstly introduces the reason of using V-slot technique to process forming shoulder, introduces the Angle of bending line and fiber direction when bending, analyses the change of the streamline near the intersection curve, give a specific slotted method, and the corresponding parameter calculation method, and apply MATLAB and PRO/E software to draw 2d unfolding model of the slot curve, the whole bending way can improve forming shoulder manufacturing efficiency and precision, proposes another thought for forming shoulder.Then after applying the whole bending method to form forming shoulder, the unfolding of working surface is affected, and this article calculates the streamline error in the bending area of the intersection curve after bending forming , and analyzes the influence on the error with the change of angle and radius, and draws that the integral-bending molding method is suitable for stick forming shoulder and conventional forming shoulder ; solves the change of curvature of the point on shoulder surface , and prepare for further research.Finally on the basis of solving the curvature of the point on shoulder surface, though slotting on the shoulder surface, the article solves the problem of molding unevenly, bending force excessive, and calculates the slot depth and width, determine the locations and quantity of the slot.
