Abstract/Summary:
Cable-stayed bridge is a statically indeterminate structure, which is extremelycomplicated to analyse its structural simulation and construction process. As thecable-stayed bridge technology continues to improve its structure has becomeincreasingly diverse. Structural change in the form can not change the purposes of thestructure which contain Safe, Reliable and Durable. In order to achieve SRD purpose,the key lies in the implementation of monitoring and control of the construction forlarge span bridge construction.This article mainly has carried on a more thorough analysis and research revolvingthe prestressed concretes cable-stayed bridge construction controlling and thesimulation analysis, using large-scale bridge analysis software Midas/Civil to establishthe space finite element model. which combined with the design information and theconstruction monitoring practice of the Shennong Stream bridge of the yiba highway inhubei.Firstly it introduces basic methods of the most fashionable bridge state andconstruction control algorithm. Based on the model in actual construction background.Using unknown load factor function of Midas/Civil to determine reasonable ChengQiao condition of Cable-stayed bridge, internal forces and linear of the girder have areanalysing to verify the reasonableness of the unknown load coefficient method todetermine Cheng Qiao condition of the bridge.Secondly based on reasonable Cheng Qiao condition using forward iterationmethod to determine a reasonable construction condition of cable-stayed bridge, thencarrying on the actual construction simulation analysis in turn, It can obtain the beaminterior force、the amount of deflection and the cable interior force under eachconstruction stage. and chooses the most dangerous several stages to carry on the majoranalysis. Then it compared the result of the field monitoring construction control withthe theoretical calculation result. By analyzing each construction stage, it obtainedthat internal forces and deformation of the girder are to meet the design requirements.Thirdly it analyes the construction process of cable support tower based on itsfinite element model,and chooses the most dangerous several stages to compares itsstress distribution under different construction ways. The results show that temporary steeladded in the tower construction reduce the tower stress, especially the tower root stress,optimize stress distribution of cable support tower.
