Landscape Aesthetic Evaluation Of Peony Special Garden Plants

Peony occupies an important position in Chinese flower culture and is deeply loved byChinese people. Because of its wide variety of groups and large flowers, posture, color, smell,it has a good ornamental landscape effect when cultured in groups. So people usually show thebeauty of peony with peony special garden.There are many peony special gardens in our country, but the landscape quality is uneven.In this paper, landscape aesthetic evaluation system was used to assess the landscape quality ofdifferent peony special gardens. The purpose is to improve the evaluation system, establishlandscape quality aesthetic evaluation model, increase construction of management theory, andprovide guidance on landscape planning and design of peony special garden.This research took Wang cheng garden of Luo yang, peony garden of the various postures of the sui and tang dynasties site botanical gardens, the Chinese national flower garden, Cao zhou peony garden and Hua gang guan yu peony garden as research objects, with method of French-Swiss schools to study landscape aesthetic characteristics, and with SBE to evaluate characters of landscape aesthetic. On this basis, by evaluating peony special garden plant landscape aesthetic quality, researching the influence landscape factors have on its landscape aesthetics benefits, and finding out the major landscape factors that influences landscape aesthetics benefitsperformance, so that we can build up mathematical model, providing a reference for future peony special garden landscape construction.By using the methods of documentary, the existing landscape aesthetics schools andevaluation methods were compared and researched, combined with this research, find out themost appropriate evaluation method.Landscapes of didderent peony special gardens was studied.50was taken as anevaluation sample photos which was selected from a large number of photos representedChinese peony special garden landscape.35graduate students were choiced as evaluators. Based on previous practical experience,this experiment used seven-point scale of SBE model,the evaluators judged every photo independently through slideshow.Refer to a large number of domestic and foreign landscape evaluation data, various factorsin different peony special garden was researched.Combing with the characteristics of thisstudy, six landscape factors were picked out: vegetation cover, terrain, water, color, exotic andplant height. The evaluation system of peony special garden about landscape features andlandscape aesthetic elements was built.Using statistical methods to analyze the data, the landscape evaluation data were analyzedby regression method, using SPSS software for data processing, the model is:Y=-1.065+0.163X₁+0.118X₂+0.113X₃+0.053X₄In（vi）=-1.065+0.163X_i1+0.118X_i2+0.113X_i3+0.053X_i4（i=1，2，3，…，50）The X₁representatives of the vegetation cover, X₂representatives of the terrain, X₃representatives of colors, X₄representatives of the peculiar nature.The results showed that the main factor of influing landscape aesthetic evaluation valueabout peony special garden peony were:the vegetation cover degrees, topography, color andspecial.
