Research On Edible Plant Landscape Design Based On Beauty Evaluation

With the development of economy,the expansion of built environment has an important impact on residents’ health and food safety.As a landscape type with practical,healing and aesthetic functions,edible plant landscape plays an important role in residents’ developing healthy habits,promoting communication and relieving psychological pressure.However,the application of edible plant landscape in the built environment is less,the development is slow,and the original in-depth research on edible plant landscape design is lacking.By sorting out the development status of edible plant landscape,this paper summarized and summarized relevant theories,combined with questionnaire survey,flower border design,beauty evaluation and other methods,and studied edible plant landscape design.The conclusions are as follows:First,the main reasons why edible plant landscape is difficult to popularize are the lack of characteristics,the lack of practicality and the construction of landscape space is too rigid.Secondly,according to landscape use,edible plants were classified by plant height,plant type,season and color.Edible plants suitable for landscape are divided into 27 species,including 9ornamental leaf species,10 ornamental flower species and 8 ornamental fruit species.After that,48 kinds of new edible plants were counted,including 12 kinds of ornamental leaves,31 kinds of ornamental flowers and 5 kinds of ornamental fruits.Thirdly,the weight analysis of the comprehensive evaluation of landscape value of edible plant materials by AHP method shows that: ecological adaptability > plant ornamental value >application security.The survival of plants is a crucial factor.The importance of plant ecological habits should be fully taken into account in the design,and the design focus should not be completely focused on the problem of aesthetics.Fourth,the low popularity of edible plant landscape is mainly due to people’s lack of understanding about it.The main obstacles to the development of the edible plant landscape are the complexity of the cultivation process and the disproportionate effort to the harvest.The first consideration of plant landscape construction is fruit crops,followed by flower crops.Fifth,the landscape beauty of edible plants is an important factor affecting residents’ participation.The effect of plant landscape level on residents’ participation degree was higher than that of plant color and flower display degree.When people participate in the landscape design of edible plants,they are more eager to contact or harvest plant fruits,and the richer the varieties of plant fruits,the more people want to participate.Rich color,bright color,extremely warm color,color jumping,diverse plant growth,community hierarchy is clear,reasonable planting form,flowers and fruits are all exposed to the leaf surface easy to watch edible plant landscape.
