Car is no longer a luxury to people, and most people prefer to choose car outdoor and care more for the comfort of the environment in the car cabin; the comfort in car cabin was showing through compartment airflow and air quality such as velocity field, temperature field and pollutant distribution like CO2and toluene. This dissertation takes the chamber environment as the main object of research, showing simply and distinctly the airflow condition by numerical simulation. At first, the paper gave the clear numerical simulation theory, then a three dimensional simplified physical model was set up by catia and imported in gambit to mesh by block. With commercial software fluent as the operational platform, the numerical simulation method was proved to be tried according to the general supply air jet theory and the temperature filed and velocity filed in vehicle in different environment and supply parameters were compared and analyzed qualitatively and quantificationally, which revealed the regulation of airflow in car cabin. The conclusion indicating that the solar radiation can influence the thermal environment in vehicle greatly, component radiation also had a certain impact on it, the change of supply of lets air temperature and air velocity affected the indoor air environment, distribution angle can change the airflow type mostly and how return air inlet position can significantly affect the air distribution.For the various factors on indoor air quality in vehicle, such as airflow velocity、 air temperature、humidity、kinds of minerals and organic pollutants, the extensional evaluation widely used in product quality evaluation was applied to appraise the indoor air quality in vehicle and the result well showed the air quality level.
