As with traditional cars, pure electric vehicles also needs to be a comfortable ride and driving environment, to have the air-conditioning system and electric control system of mechanical structure to improve competitiveness in the automotive market and pure electric vehicle ride comfortable. But the pure electric car batteries are the only power source and very limited, auxiliary equipment of power reduced the driving range of pure EV, especially the air-conditioning, so developing efficient pure electric vehicle air conditioning system is one of the key to pure electric vehicles to market acceptance.The Article mainly is the study of automatic control system for solar-assisted air-conditioning, different from the traditional car air-conditioning system, this system is the small car who has matching of heat pump air-conditioning system of mechanical structure based on research, the air-conditioning system using the current popular electric compressors on the market, heat pump air-conditioning system can either cooling or heating.The automatic control system can be divided into solar charge control system and control system of air-conditioning. To make the solar charge control system to achieve a variety of control functions, to study the solar charge controller hardware and software design. The system using max power point tracking MPPT strategy, achieve max power point tracking for solar cell output. using Battery charging and discharging of a reasonable strategy, simple implementation algorithms. Not only improve the efficiency of solar panels. Extend the life of the battery, with reference and applicati on value. In order to realize automatic control of air-conditioning, design air-conditioning controller hardware and software, The temperature sensor input signal, and compared to the driver set temperature, using granular policies for electric compressor speed. The entire solar-assisted air-conditioner control system using CAN bus communication technology, to communicate with the vehicle controller.This topics had having experiments in outdoor, experiments indicates that solar secondary air-conditioning automatic control system refrigeration and system hot function run efficient stability, solar covered with car top has a insulation effect, inadequate of Sun, solar can charge battery, to using battery of power for air-conditioning system provides secondary power, can reduced on loss of drove mileage of pure electric vehicle, test precision meet requirements.
