In recent years, the purely electrical vehicles has entered people’s life. With thetraditional cars, it’s compartments also need to keep the suitable temperature to create acomfortable environment, so to install air-conditioning unit in electrical vehicles is thedemand of most users, at the same time, more comfortable environment also can increaseits market competitiveness. But the car battery whose capacity is limited is its only sourceof power, and running the air conditioning will limit its range, so designing a set of airconditioning system which is suitable for electrical cars will affect its market recognition.This paper mainly design an air conditioning system using solar power. We need toconsider how to install the panels as many as possible, in view of the small area of car andlow efficiency of solar cells,etc.. Therefore, Installing the double telescopic bracket that theupper is fixed and the lower can thrust forward.On the basis of the analysis of the automobile environment disturbance and collect therelated meteorological data,, establishing the mathematical model to calculate the car airconditioning load.Combining with the prototype car structure parameters calculated load.By comparing the various kinds of electrical vehicle air conditioning refrigeration andheating solution the advantages, disadvantages and suitable conditions, choose thesemiconductor refrigeration and heat resistance PTC as the implementation of the scheme.Solar air-conditioning system is the core of photovoltaic system, in-depth analysis ofthe solar battery equivalent circuit and mathematical model, and the influence of PNjunction temperature and radiative intensity to the output of photovoltaic battery. On thisbasis, studied a dynamic simulation model which can simulate the light intensity andtemperature, and it can simulate the output characteristics under different weather.Air conditioning automatic control system can be divided into solar charging and airconditioning control system. The charging control system uses the MPPT strategy, andreasonable storage battery charging and discharging strategy, they both increase the useefficiency of solar cells and prolong the service life of the battery. Air conditioning controlsystem automatically adjust the load work time,according to compared the temperaturesensor input signal to the driver set temperature, and set the required temperature.
