Energy and environment are the conditions for human survival.Energy shortage and environmental pollution are world problems.Therefore,the search for green renewable energy is the only way for sustainable development.Solar power is a new type of renewable energy that is green,low-cost and in line with sustainable development.The solar tracking system automatically adjusts the solar panels according to the change of the light angle and height,so that the solar panels are perpendicular to the light,increasing the utilization rate and reducing the cost of power generation.A solar automatic tracking system is designed in this paper.The hardware includes photovoltaic modules,photoelectric sensors,cloud terrace,decoders and circuit board design.Board design includes schematic design and PCB design.After the design is completed,place and route,and PCB fabrication and welding.The chip adopts STC12C5A60S2,the circuit design mainly has the voltage regulator circuit,the crystal oscillator circuit,the communication circuit and so on.Software design mainly includes main program design,tracking subroutine design,data transmission program design and motor control program design.The software programming language adopts C language,the programming tool application chooses Keil uVision5,then writes the procedure according to the actual need to download to PCB through the downloader.After the hardware and software design is completed,the system is jointly debugged and analyzed.Using a desk lamp to simulate a solar light source,manually turning the 40 W and 200 W table lamps,the 40 W table lamp does not reach the starting voltage and the system does not operate.200 W lamp reaches the starting voltage and the system operates normally.The circuit board drives the cloud terrace to drive the photovoltaic components to rotate,so that the photovoltaic components are vertically illuminated.The system can rotate in two degrees of freedom,including horizontal rotation and vertical rotation.Light intensity changes are detected by the photoelectric sensor,and the voltage signal is output and transmitted to the circuit board.After a comparative analysis of the circuit board,the circuit board sends control signals to the decoder.The decoder drives the cloud terrace to drive the photovoltaic components to rotate in the direction of high light intensity.Make the photovoltaic components vertical light to achieve the effect of automatic tracking.
