With the increasing number of wind farm construction,wind turbine maintenance cost has being concerned. On-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of wind turbine failure analysis system can significantly reduce maintenance costs and increase the effectiveness of wind farm. To wind turbine for research object, we focus on the use of wind turbine vibration and load monitoring data for health assessment, analysis of the failure parts fault unit, judge failure degree and key components failure time. Development of wind turbine predictive maintenance systems to provide key technology.Studied the structure of wind turbine drive system, application software of Solidworks2010established a three-dimensional model transmission unit.Analysis of failure modes and failure of wind turbine transmission failure in the form of key components.
