In modern society, the demand for electricity is larger and larger.Whether the individual or enterprise, is inseparable from the electricity.Therefore, it is particularly important to raise the reliability of the power grid system and ensure the production enterprise and individual electricity demand.The two important parameters for evaluation of the power system are reliability and economy, how to improve the grid reliability through optimizing the switch is one of the targets of this article.This paper firstly introduces the present situation of the study at home and abroad of the distribution network reliability research and switch configuration optimization research.Then the paper introduces some commonly used parameters of the evaluation of network reliability,and the mathematical model of assessing the distribution network reliability,which lay theoretical foundation for tthe further research of the subsequent chapters.Secondly this paper introduces the basic framework of the distribution network’s reliability evaluation system of Yu Xi. Then expounds the basic function of the distribution network’s reliability evaluation system, which includes drawing the network topology, the evaluation of the reliability of the equipment,branch and system, and the optimized configuration of the switch.The third, this paper has studied the switch optimization, which is the core to improve the reliability of grid. And it has important significance to reduce the cost. So this paper puts forward some algorithms of the switch configuration optimization model. Then the regional assessment algorithm is put forward in the base of FMEA method, and is applied in the distribution network systems of Yu Xi. This paper has proposed all the reliability indexes of switch configuration, and makes a reference for evaluating the to assess the reliability of the power distribution system to provide the reference of the reliability of the distribution systems.Finally it not only introduces the artificial fish algorithm, but also improves it to put forward a new artificial fish algorithm.This paper offers a practical circuit and optimizes the switch using the two algorithms respectively.Result shows that the improved algorithm convergence speed grows faster,and it improves the reliability of the power grid, reduces the recovery time of the power, the result proves the superiority of the new algorithm.
