With the rapid development of the construction industry, this new component of corrugated web steel girder has aroused the attention of many domestic and foreign experts, scholars, On the basis of ordinary flat webs, they analyzed the corrugated web steel girder deeply, and obtains many conclusions to help guide the practice of engineering, especially in the department of bridge engineering, many corrugated web box beam bridge have been completed. However, it has rarely been applied in housing construction yet.Because of the twists and turns of the web, corrugated web steel beams gain a lot of excellent mechanical properties; compared with ordinary steel beams, it has better shear capacity and overall stability. If designed reasonably, it also can save a lot of steel. It will be very meaningful if it was widely used into housing structures.On the basis of learning From domestic and foreign research results, analysis and summarizes the theoretical calculation of the bearing capacity of corrugated web steel beams, and simulating with the finite element analysis software ANSYS, obtained affect of the corrugated web steel girder ripple size to the bearing capacity. The main work of this paper is as follows:(Ⅰ)To inspect the relevant literature, summarizes the theoretical study of the corrugated web steel girder at home and abroad, introduced part of the actual projects at home and abroad.(Ⅱ) On the basis of previous research, d the internal force distribution of the corrugated web H-shaped steel beam section, statically analysis a typical corrugated web H-shaped steel beam with ANSYS software, the numerical results proves the correctness of the theoretically analysis. Obtained the internal force distribution law of the cross-section, laid the foundation for the next carrying capacity study.(Ⅲ) From the cross-section of the internal force distribution law, combined with the results of previous studies, obtained the formula of the trapezoidal corrugated web steel girder shear, bending and overall stability of the bearing capacity. (Ⅳ) Describes the basic idea of the finite element method. Respectively, select a common H-shaped steel beams and a corrugated web H-shaped steel beam finite element, numerical simulating with ANSYS. The result shows that the draw of the corrugated web H-shaped steel beams the force is higher than the conclusion of the ordinary H-shaped steel beam. Then, establish several groups of different sizes of corrugated beams, buckling analysis with ANSYS software obtained several different ripple size of the bearing capacity.(Ⅴ) Select the instance of a pedestrian bridge, designing with the formula of corrugated webs H-shaped steel beam bearing capacity earlier, comparing with the ordinary H-shaped steel beam, highlights the advantages of corrugated web H-shaped steel beams.Finally, put forward the inadequacies exist in the process of this paper, as well as the further work.
