Planning Of The Urban Residential Environment Landscapes

As the developing of human settlements, people’s life has been better than before andbegan to searching the life style which is more approach to the landscape,and advocatelow-carbon,environment protection.But,the modern architecture which initiate lowercost,faster construction, and functionary way of design that making the square like buildingsbring us good life,and meanwhile give a disvantage effect on the landscape environment.Howto lower the damages to the landscape in the building area,using the low-carbontechnology,and making a concordary plan and design with landscape and architecture,becomethe common problem on the construct field.In China today,the development of commodity economy and urbanization,andimprovement of people’s life speeded-up the housing industry and real estate market.Urbanresidential surrounding landscapes as the elements of the residential natural environment,notonly the factor of the concordary plan and design with landscape,but the weight of theresidential quality.However,how to improve the environment of the urban residental area,isnot a simple question of how to make the residentail landscape design better.the plan anddesign of residentail district in front of the landscape design has limited the possibility oflandscape.The segmented way of planning, landscape design make the bad quality of theresidentail environment. How to make the landcape architect into the whole residentalplanning has become a issue of residental district.Also provide a good foundation for thegreen tecnology of residentail district.In this thesis,starting from the study of present situation of planning, landscape design ofresidentail district. Summary the environment problem,and the various parts of the residentailplanning and landscape design.Then,by integration aspects of the residentail planning anglandscape design,proposed five main connection of the planning ang design,which isresidental planning and landscape resources,housing selection and landscapeelements,transportation planning and landscape environment,building arrangement andlandscape space,building vertical design and landscape vertical design,becoming a completestructure of planning and design.Moreover,from the four relationships which is form andspace,scales and volumes,shade and texture,group features,analysis and summary theprinciples of design of residentail surrounding landscapes and buildings.In the last,discuss thegreen residentail district which using the low-carbon tecnology Finally,making the pattern oflandscape plan and design of residentail district.This papers study the planning and design strategy of residentail landscapes,and how tocombine the landscape design into the old planning and design pattern in which planner is themain part of the residentail constructions. Give an way of concordance envrionment ofresidentail district.
