Primary Study On In Mechanism And Designing Of Hard Landscape In Urban Residential District Open Space

Faced with absence of humanity on hard landscape in modern cities, and people's ceaselessly developing requirements on environment, intercourse, etc, this paper presents first time the concept of residential district open space hard landscape and its profound significance to big cities, based on the development of theory and practice of residential district open space hard landscape.This paper reviews evolution of residential district open space hard landscape in some developed counties and China. The paper discusses the mechanism of hard landscape, by comparing and analyzing the culture and economy background between China and developed countries, drawing on the lessons learned from some developed counties, suggests some feasible ways for recreation of residential district open space hard landscape in China.
