Through the analysis on the characteristics of the spatial discrete points wind,relativly real three-dimensional wind model can be obtained. And1.5MW wind turbineblade model can also be got with the method of the parametric modeling.Then,to loadthe hub height wind model to the blade model and calculate the load. Taking intoaccount a wide range of wind turbine running conditions, the typical wind conditionsare chosen.After summarizing and analyzing the load distribution law of eachcross-section of the blade and each direction of the blade root, the accuracy of thecalculation results are verified by the contrast way with the wind field test data. Toresult that blade root bears the larger load and prone to fracture failure. They areconsistent with the wind field statistics. So, based on the deepen study of connectionfailure causes,to improve the design of the original connection standard bolt,and verifyits feasibility by using the tool of finite element. Mainly include: generating the windfile and the wind model; simulating the three-dimensional wind; calculating the bladeload and analizing load distribution;summrizing the blade root load characteristics andverifing the accuracy of its simulation results; analizing the causes of blade rootconnection fracture failure, design;designing small taper thread; verifing the newbolts.According to the theory of three-dimensional wind simulation, Using turbSim tothe height of80m/S, the average wind speed is11.5m/s turbulent wind simulation, andthe generation of wind profile. For wind turbine blades were coordinates determination,and the wind turbine blade load sources were classified, for wind turbine main loadwere determined. Based on Blade software, Input file simulation wind blade loadsimulation calculation, And the normal wind conditions and extreme wind conditionsthe output load spectrum on the blade and blade root load characteristic analysis.On the static strength test schemes were explained, on the condition of strainmeasuring point layout and load are described, The test data with the Bladed softwarethrough the calculated theoretical values are compared and analyzed, to verify that the software ’s accuracy, reliability.Based on the complexity of leaf root load, root and leaf bolt connection in theactual operation of the process failed, On the1.5MW wind power generator leafconnecting bolt failure classification, The blade root bolt fracture CharacteristicAnalysis and information analysis and research, In the understanding of the causes ofthe failure of foundation bolt, Mention to design a small taper type high strength bolt, inorder to reduce the threaded engagement of the first thread root stress concentration,improve the reliability of the coupling leaf root.Last, the design model of bolt and the original bolt finite element analysis andcomparison, validation of the rationality, reliability of bolt.
