| The traditional carbon steel is cheap,but its corrosion resistance is poor.Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance,but its price is high.So stainless steel can not be widely used in building structures at present.Under the circumstances that many industries need better corrosion resistant steel,China had successfully developed a low cost and high strength corrosion resistant steel.The yield strength of high strength corrosion resistant steel is more than 600 MPa and its yield ratio is ideal.It has good bending property and low temperature i MPact toughness,and the corrosion rate is only 1% of Q345 galvanized steel.The advantages of high strength corrosion resistant steel determine that it will have a very good development prospect.At present,the steel is in the research stage.In order to accelerate its application in the engineering field,all properties of the steel need to be further studied.In this paper,the basic mechanical properties of high strength corrosion resistant steel and the bearing and anti-sliping properties of high-strength bolt connection were studied.In this paper,tensile tests of high strength corrosion resistant steel with different thicknesses were carried out to study the basic mechanical properties of this material,and the constitutive model of the material was also studied.The test results show that high strength corrosion resistant steel has high yield strength and ideal yield ratio.The constitutive model of the material is tested and the results show that the nonlinear material constitutive model Rasmussen model is in good agreement with the stress-strain curve obtained by the test,and the maximum error is about 2%.Therefore,high strength corrosion resistant steel can be simulated and calculated by Rasmussen model.In order to study the anti-sliping coefficient for the friction surface of the bolted connection of high strength corrosion resistant steel,20 groups of specimens were tested to investigate the influence of different parameters on anti-sliping performance,including surface treatment methods,pretightening force in high strength bolts and different types of bolts.The high strength corrosion resistant steel exhibited perfect anti-sliping performance,indicating that such steel can be connected using friction high strength bolt connection.The pretightening force in bolt had some influence on the anti-sliping coefficient.The type of bolt had rarely influence on the anti-sliping coefficient.Based on the test results,the recommended design values for the anti-sliping coefficient of this new type steel were put forward.The bearing pressure of high strength corrosion resistant steel high strength bolt connection was also tested in this paper and the test results were co MPared with the results of the Marc finite element software.By co MParing the calculation results of the finite element with the test results,the reliability of the finite element simulation was verified by three aspects,including limit load,load-displacement curve and failure mode.Then parametric analysis of bearing capacity is carried out by using verified finite element model.Combining the finite element method with the test,the design proposal of high strength corrosion resistant steel for the high strength bolt bearing type connection is put forward. |
