In recent years,along with the deepening of reform and opening-up, economic strength unceasingly strengthens in our country, tall building are constantly emerging, ultra-high buildings choose steel-concrete mixed structure in a large part.The research of top mixed structure seismic performance is an important topic of content. Hongrui super-tall building was mainly researched from two aspects of the seismic performance and design method in this paper.This paper’s main ideas are:First of all,the paper describe the earthquake and disasters of force majeure in order to fully displayed the necessity of the seismic design;analyze the research status of domestic and international high-rise steel and concrete composite structure system,summarizesing the current top mixed structure the main achievements made in the study.And then, this paper uses the development of china’s seismic design code for the lead, leading to a new theoretical concepepts of performance-based seismic design in recent years, and discusses in detail the main elements of the theory research methods,the main contents of this paper pave the way for the next.Afterwards, this paper procees on the structure program, component selection the load of selection of the background work, using SATWE and ETABS analysis the background work under small earthquake, and controls the main technical indicators, and results in line with current national specification; next,this paper does a flexible schedule additional analysis on the background work,and selects the appropriate three seismic waves,the results of flexible schedule completely satisfy the specifications of the flexible schedule required additional analysis; from above all, the results illustrat that the structural arrangement reasonable,and it fully realizes the functional needs of the building.Final, through systemly describe the thoretical basis of elastic-plastic analysis, this paper uses PKPM series PUSHOVER and EPDA program do static and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis.-PUSHOVER do static push-over analysis,the load mode is the inverted triangle load, and draw the checking anti-collapse curve of X、Y direction. The results showed that structural performance point of maximum story drift angle to meet the specification rare earthquake with a maximum story drift limit requirements, and other performance indicators to meet various regulatory requirements. Used the3seismic waves that obtained through the elastic phase to do dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis under rare earthquake by EPDA, respectively obtaining the maximum story drift angle harmful, floor structure of the weak shear and weak components etc, and strengthen these weak parts.From above all, the results show, whether it is in regular earthquake, fortification earthquake, or in the case of rare earthquake, the desing of the structure program always can achieve the established goals.
