With the increasing use of the function of the building,people living in the building time is getting longer and longer,the proportion of building air conditioning energy consumption increased year by year,and because people demand for more building comfort,the proportion of new wind consumption in building air conditioning energy consumption has increased year by year,especially shopping malls,office and other personnel more intensive places,in order to exclude indoor pollutants,to maintain the necessary indoor oxygen,new wind energy consumption will be greater.In this paper,the advantages of the heat pipe heat recovery device are analyzed by introducing the heat recovery device,and the feasibility of the heat recovery device is analyzed by the enthalpy diagram.The heat transfer limit of the heat pipe is analyzed,and the design process of the heat pipe heat exchanger is briefly described.This paper presents a new type of primary air return air volume heat pump air conditioning system,the device through the COP of the building to determine the new exhaust volume,and then adjust the amount of fresh air to reduce the new wind energy consumption,and its operating mode in the winter and summer and the transition season is described.The experimental test scheme was designed by this device,research the heat recovery performance of heat pipe heat exchangers,and the energy saving of shopping malls and office buildings is analyzed.The main research results are as follows:(1)In summer,the heat recovery efficiency of heat pipe heat exchanger increases with the increase of ambient temperature.When the ambient temperature changes from 27 ? to 30 ?,the heat recovery efficiency increases rapidly,and when the ambient temperature is between 30 ? and-40 ? Change,the heat recovery efficiency steadily increased;In winter,the heat recovery efficiency of the heat pipe heat exchanger increases with the decrease of the ambient temperature.When the ambient temperature changes from 10 ? to 16 ?,the heat recovery efficiency increases rapidly,and when the ambient temperature is between-2 ? and 10 ? Change,the heat recovery efficiency steadily increased.(2)In summer,the heat recovery efficiency was 85.2%,77.8%,72.1% and 71.3%,respectively,when the wind speed was 1.5m/s,2.0m/s,2.5m/sand 3.0m/s respectively,thus the heat recovery efficiency increases with the increase of the wind speed,the heat recovery efficiency changes slowly after the wind speed exceeds 2.5m/s.(3)To compared the heat recovery efficiency in the same temperature difference in winter and summer,take the indoor and outdoor temperature difference of 10 ? for analysis.When the outdoor temperature is 34 ?,the heat recovery efficiency is 70.8%.When the outdoor temperature is 8 ? in winter and the heat recovery efficiency is 56.4%.The heat recovery efficiency is 56.4% %,winter heat recovery capacity is only 79.8% of the summer.(4)When the fresh / wind ratio is 60%,90%,100%,the heat recovery efficiency of the heat pipe heat exchanger is increasing with the increase of the fresh air ratio,but due to the maintenance of the air conditioning room in the summer A certain positive pressure,that is to ensure that the air volume is higher than the exhaust volume,the row / fresh air ratio should choose 90%.(5)In order to ensure the heat recovery capacity of the heat pipe heat recovery device,the starting temperature of the heat pipe heat recovery device is determined.When the outdoor temperature is higher than 30 ? in summer and the outdoor temperature is less than 10 ? in winter,start heat pipe heat recovery device.When the temperature does not meet the condition,open bypass pipe,and heat pipe heat recovery device does not run.(6)In the office building,the conventional air volume system annual energy savings is 32881137.75 kJ / a,the variable air volume heat pipe heat recovery device under the same conditions the annual energy is 36780003.1kJ / a,which is 1.12 times the energy savings of the conventional constant air volume.In the mall building,the annual fixed air volume system annual energy savings is 35641370.25 kJ / a,the variable air volume heat pipe heat recovery device under the same conditions in the annual energy saving is 43599397.9kJ / a,which is 1.22 the energy savings of the conventional constant air volume system.For buildings with different architectural functions,even if the fresh air volume and the outdoor weather conditions are the same,the heat recovery of different buildings is still different.
