So the sustainable development of the green building has gat more attention. Ourcountry’s research on green building is at the initial stage. And the work is going on the righttrack with the government’s advocation and evaluation standards’ appear. Until2011, morethan one hundred and fifty buildings have through the assessment. There’re only thirty in hotsummer and warm winter areas, occupy1/5. So the development of green building need to beimproved in hot summer and warm winter areas. Technology research has been an importantand urgent task.Through to compast the different regional standards and actual case in the areas, thepaper summarized design features in the areas. And through the research of the actualbuilding’s technology, the paper point out the suitable technology for this area which is basedon the green building standard.It has reference value for the hot summer and warm winterareas. In addition, through the practical application and depth study of standard, the papersorted the clause of the green building standard from easy to difficult, and classified themaccording evaluation grade.The paper provides six parts. The fifth part provides theappropriate technologyand classified them according evaluation grade, hope to provide somereference value for the future green building work.
