Energy shortages around the world,China’s annual energy consumption for new buildings is still high,and high-energy buildings are getting more and more attention.Due to the characteristics of energy use in the cold regions of northern China,the building energy-saving system draws on foreign experience and has good energy-saving effects.China’s hot summer and cold winter regions are hot and humid in summer,cold and humid in winter,and the weather conditions are special.At present,the energy consumption mode of the area is very different from that of the cold regions in the north,and the building energy consumption is huge,and the implementation effect of related technologies of green buildings is not satisfactory.Studies have shown that the entrapment structure consumes the most heat among the factors that affect building energy consumption under different climatic conditions.Therefore,this paper optimizes the energy-saving system of green building envelope structure in hot summer and cold winter area.Firstly,analyze the climate characteristics of the hot summer and cold winter regions,and learn about the latest "JDJ134-2010 and other relevant policies for energy-saving design standards for residential buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions".On this basis,the green building envelopes for the hot summer and cold winter regions are The typical thermal insulation method and thermal insulation materials are analyzed,and the transient heat conduction process under intermittent energy consumption conditions is analyzed to explore its energy-saving characteristics.Then,the incremental comprehensive benefit calculation method is developed to explore the economics of various energy-saving technologies,and then optimize the region.The insulation method and material selection of the envelope structure provide experience for selecting suitable energy-saving technologies.Then,from the perspective of the overall investment of the green building project,the combination analysis of energy-saving technologies in various parts of the enclosure structure is established to establish green buildings in the hot summer and cold winter regions.The energy-saving optimization model of the enclosure structure optimizes the energy-saving scheme of the enclosure structure of the green building project in the area;finally,case analysis is carried out to verify the feasibility of the model.The research results show that the green building project in this area should consider the energy-saving characteristics of the envelope structure and its cost and benefit,and select appropriate energy-saving technical measures to maximize the incremental comprehensive benefits throughout its life cycle.The energy-saving optimization model of green building envelope structure in the hot summer and cold winter area constructed in this paper is highly feasible,deepening the research on energy-saving optimization of green building envelope structure,which is conducive to the development of energysaving system of envelope structure in summer hot and cold winter area,and promote energy-saving in China.Implementation of emission reduction targets and sustainable development strategies.
