At present, the most urgent problem of the asphalt concrete pavement in our country ishow to improve the uniformity of construction quality. Because pavement pit slot, loose, holdbag, cracking and other early diseases are mainly caused by pavement materials orsegregation of compaction degree,which presents the characteristics of the local scattered andoften performed for the abnormal road roughness(more rough or more exquisite), changes ofstructure density(Air void slants small or large). Large studies show that the uniformity of thefine structure of Asphalt mixture plays a decisive role in The asphalt mixture macroscopicmechanical properties. This paper trys to using industrial CT technology to solve the qualityuniformity of the asphalt pavement fine structure,and carrys out a thorough theoretical andtechnical research on the3D image acquisition of asphalt mixture,reconstruction andprocessing technology, CT image processing technology of pavement core samples and threecomponents recognition and separation technology and the quality uniformity evaluationindex and evaluation method of the asphalt pavement fine structure and so on.This paper taked the asphalt mixture CT scan section image as examples, introduced the2D digital image processing technology in detail which contained several steps includingimage acquisition, image processing and image analysis,improved the "noise" and "false like"processing technology of asphalt mixture image and the quality of image acquisition to lay agood foundation for further analysis of the images. According to gray distribution of theasphalt pavement (core samples) having no apparent twin peaks or more of the peak anduneven image brightness (middle dark, peripheral light), this paper puted forward the partitionrecognition technology,that division+OTSU method ring to recognize three components,and gived a specific experimental process and operation process with satisfactory effect。According to the characteristics of the CT scan images,this paper established fanscanning method and analysised the uniformity of the quality of the asphalt pavement,Proposed using particle area ratio as evaluation indexes to analyse the distribution state ofscanning cut surface coarse aggregate particles,used distribution uniformity coefficient as theevaluation index on quality uniformity of cut fine structure,used the wave coefficients of themean value of particles area ratio among cut surfaces as evaluation indexes of verticalsegregation。At the same time,also carried out similar trials researches on pore and asphaltrubber paste components。And,through the research on fine structure differences between thepavement core samples with indoor core samples from forming and according to the asphalt mixture pavement core samples with different materials for CT scan analysis, verified theapplicability of the use of a CT scan to get the bitumen mixture image of the digital imageprocessing technology for the uniformity evaluation of the asphalt mixture specimens withdifferent factors,and therefore they can be as reasonable indexes to evalue horizontal andlongitudinal uniformity of asphalt mixture specimens and uniformity of the road constructionquality. |
