It is well known that the uniformity of the material has an important effect on its performance,and if the asphalt is not evenly distributed,there may be an overabundance of early disease,which directly affects the long-term performance of the asphalt.At present,the current method of measuring the surface of asphalt is time-consuming,lacks the standards of unified evaluation,and can’t be applied on a large scale,so it’s necessary to make a quantitative assessment of the evenness of asphalt pavement.Based on image processing and analysis of asphalt pavement will be able to get the position of the aggregate particles,such as area characteristic information,and can analyze the aggregate distribution of asphalt pavement evenness.With the development of digital image processing technology,network transmission technology and wireless positioning technology,uniform continuous detection system is adopted in the paving process of asphalt pavement,which can integrate image acquisition,data transmission,image processing analysis and result feedback.This paper studies the evenness of asphalt pavement mainly based on the digital image processing technology.The coarse aggregate of asphalt pavement is taken as the research object,and the research method combining theoretical research with field test is adopted to process,analyze and evaluate the image of asphalt pavement paving.Meanwhile,the design of the continuous detection system for asphalt pavement evenness is further studied.1)for the segmentation of adhesion particles,based on the watershed algorithm,which is based on the transformation of expanded maximal value,the image fragmentation particle of bitumen road after segmentation is relatively small,which is free of excessive and disorganized ridges,which is fast and accurate for the division of adherent particles,and has good effect;2)in this paper,the concept of particle area ratio is adopted to describe the ratio of the area of aggregate particles with different particle sizes.The research results show that the application of digital image processing technology will not change the area size of aggregate particles,and can better reflect the distribution of coarse aggregate with particle sizes of 9.5mm or more during asphalt pavement spreading.3)based on the theoretical model of four-sided static moment,this paper proposes the UA evaluation index and algorithm of asphalt pavement evenness,which can reflect the evenness of aggregate when asphalt pavement is spread well and achieve the quantitative characterization of the evenness of asphalt pavement aggregates.4)based on LabVIEW virtual instrument software,interactive interface and design program block diagram are prepared in this paper.The software compiled can collect and analyze real-time images of asphalt pavement,display and store the results of evenness,and complete the real-time detection of evenness of asphalt pavement.The research shows that using digital image processing technology can accurately analyze the distribution of asphalt aggregate,can quickly and efficiently evaluate asphalt pavement paving uniformity,and can be applied to actual engineering asphalt pavement detection.
