Switched reluctance motor (SRM) drive system is characterized by low-speed torque,and can drive elevator door directly, high reliability and low cost. SRM Speed Control Systemthat applied for Elevator Door Control, can effectively improve the reliability of the system,meanwhile, it can reduce the productive process and costs. Based on the traditional SRM, thispaper merge the traditional SRM fully rely on the current excitation with the magneticmaterials which are developed rapidly in the world, putting forward the SRM which iscontrolled by permanent magnetic materials, researching the strategy how to reduce SRMtorque ripple and having develop the speed driver system for SRM which is controlled bypermanent magnet flux.The paper introduces the develop situation and characteristics of switch reluctance motor,and analyzes a few structure forms of traditional switch reluctance motor,and puts forwardthe new structure of permanent magnet flux SRM aiming at improving the outputelectromagnetic torque and system efficiency. Based on the analyses about the structure andthe working principle of permanent magnet flux control SRM and establishes the balanceequation of torque of permanent magnet flux control SRM.The paper introduces the basic structure of the switch reluctance motor velocitymodulation system, Based on analyzing topological form and velocity modulationcharacteristic of the control system power transform machine, relates a familiar controlmethod. And introduces a torque pulsation repressing technique, Several kinds of whichdomestic and international expert commonly use.The paper has designed and developed the controller of permanent magnet flux controlSRM based on TMS320LF2808DSP. In accordance with the requirement of the controlstrategy, the driver circuit uses3120A as driver chip, selects asymmetrical half—bridge powercircuit topology, and designs the circuits such as over—current, over—voltage andunder—voltage protection circuits and so forth. The detection of electrical rotor position isfulfilled by incremental encoder, and designs the signal acquisition and processing circuit.The system control software is accomplished by C.It has Carried on a series of experiments such as model machine test, stat torquetest,load test, torque pulsation test and noise test. Above work and test, the switch reluctancemotor velocity modulation system should be able to satisfy a machine system request in doorof lift on loads capability, the torque pulsation characteristics. Still it need more work Forindustrialization.
