Switched reluctance Motor speed regulation system(SRD)is a speed control system based on switched reluctance motors(SRM)structure and modern power electronics technology,is a new type of AC speed regulation system developed in the the 1980 s,after decades of development has been widely used in the textile industry,aviation industry,traction transportation and other fields.With the rise of electric vehicle industry,switched reluctance motor has been widely concerned by electric vehicle industry because of its large starting torque,wide speed range,high driving efficiency,strong fault tolerance and low cost,and various automobile factories have carried out relevant research and put into use electric vehicles with some switched reluctance motor as the driving device.However,due to the shortcomings of SRM,such as large torque pulsation,special drive topology and location sensor vulnerability,the application of SRM is severely restricted.In this paper,the 5.5kW and four-phase 8/6-pole switched reluctance motor is used as the experimental prototype,first of all,the development status of switched reluctance motor at home and abroad and the research background of this topic--the application status and restriction of switched reluctance motor in electric vehicle are studied,It is found that torque pulsation suppression and sensorless control are the main research directions of switched reluctance motor at present,and the larger torque pulsation in electric vehicle industry is the main factor limiting the popularization of switched reluctance motor in electric vehicle drive,so the choice of torque pulsation suppression as the subject of this subject should be studied.The main research work of this paper is embodied in the following four aspects:This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of the motor,analyzes its mathematical model,linear model and nonlinear model in detail,and lays a theoretical foundation for the latter research.The influence of the topology structure of switched reluctance motor on the system control is compared and analyzed,and the whole bridge driver is selected as the power transformation circuit according to the structure characteristics of the experimental prototype.This paper analyzes and studies various control methods of switched reluctance motor,compares the advantages and disadvantages of various control methods with theoretical and simulation results,and puts forward a direct instantaneous torque control method based on the topology of five-phase full bridge,which can reduce the torque ripple while reducing the drive cost and remain universal.On the basis of the theory and simulation of switched reluctance motor,a comprehensive speed regulation experimental platform based on DSP28335 controller and IPM as the main power device is designed,and the angle control and current chopper control method are verified based on the speed regulation platform,and the reliability and speed regulation performance of the experimental platform are tested.
