The gear is the basis of the machine, its quality, performance, life has a direct impact on the whole the technical and economic indicators. Gear because of its complex shape, technical issues and more difficult to manufacture, so the gear manufacturing level reflects the level of a country’s machinery industry to a greater extent.Gear manufacturing technology is the key to high-quality gear. Gear cutting process is high speed, load-bearing carrier direction, the gear with light weight, small size, low noise, large carrying capacity and high operating speed. In the actual production process, gear heat treatment distortion is directly related to the gear strength, accuracy and other quality indicators, larger deformation will not only follow-up grinding increases, higher production costs. Will affect the manufacturing precision of the gear, the gear meshing reduce its carrying capacity to meet the design requirements, and ultimately the life of the gears is greatly reduced. Therefore, this paper theoretically analyzes the impact of spiral, bevel gears meshing of low reasons, the material composition of metallurgical quality, microstructure and hardenability performance gear heat treatment distortion; Gear forging process, the preliminatry heat treatment process, machining, gear carburization and quenching process on the gear deformation relationship. Basic requirements and inspection standards for the quality of gear materials and manufacturing process, provides a theoretical basis for the manufacture of low noise, little vibration, and high life of the gear. Automotive spiral bevel gears and manufacturing characteristics, analyzes the reasons for the low spiral bevel gear meshing, and proposed measures for improvement, small batch and production testing proved correct and effective improvements. Thus, to solve the problem of automotive gear manufacturer producing high-quality and high-quality gear to reduce product costs, improve efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises, and has a certain theoretical significance and strong practicability.Installation error due to gearbox and bearing manufacturing error, thermal error in the work of contained deformation and other factors, it is difficult to ensure the engagement of the gear pair in the theory of the installation location, the actual installation location will deviate from the theoretical to the installation location. Installation error will cause the bevel gear meshing error in low-load or overload conditions, the actual contact length is less than or greater than the theoretical contact length. When the installation error is too large, the size of the contact area load is uneven, appear uneven load stress concentration, increased noise and vibration, the tooth contact area accelerated wear and tear, the tooth surface spalling and even teeth broken. Based on the principle of the spiral bevel gear mesh and the cotting process,the spherical involoty tooth profile,the use of modern three-dimensional geometric modeling software Pro/E,the precise geometry of the3D parametric model of spiral hevel gears:use of general-purpose finite element software ANSYS,research and changes in the law of different loading conditions on spiral bevel gear meshing law;the same time,the three errors in the processing and installation process for spical bevel gears,respectively,snsilsis of the ring gear axial disolancement deviation△FAM,and axis spacing deviation△fA,shaft angle the deviation△E∑three kinds of installation errors in the process of spiral bevel gear drivecontact state of stress and strain changes,Provides a theoretical basis for the formulation of the gear assembly standards.With certain theoretial level and practical value.
