| Management regulations in urban underground space development says that urban underground space refers to space within the urban planning scope and below the surface.And urban underground space has a significant advantage in expanding city in stereo function, stimulating land intensive, therefore, people has been paid much attention to underground space. Also, people has realized if they want to make good use of underground space and to reach maximum benefit, they must carry on study from the city system.JingZhou is Located in southeast of HuBei province, which is a city with a long history. China’s good macroeconomic momentum has driven the development of JingZhou City, but making it appears a series of problems in the common urbanization process such as traffic congestion, pollution, land resources’ tension. JingZhou is under the new period of the urban construction background, developing and utilizing the underground space, can not only meet the needs of urban civil air defense, and it can be some relieves for a series of problems in the process of urbanization development.In this paper, the writer referred to a lot of home and abroad literatures and relevant materials about the development of underground space utilization, planning, management. And got a preliminary understanding of the situation of underground space, then in chapter3, the writer established the suitable development assessment index system of underground space, introduced analysis method of the development and utilization in underground space. And then the writer took JingZhou for empirical research object, in chapter4, the writer made the correlation analysis of the causes of underground space development and utilization, present situation and the existence questions under JingZhou’s actual situation. And in chapter5, based on the theory of city underground space development and utilization, in the following chapter5, the writer had predicted that the demand of underground space of jingzhou in2015and2020is12.23million m2and13.18million m2respectively by the grey markov model, then the writer analyzed jingzhou underground space development and utilization suitability, and the results show that jingzhou is suitable to the development and utilization of underground space. And in the underground space development and use of suitable assessment index system, the natural condition and the location of the weight of the largest, with0.19; Economic conditions of the weight of second,0.18; The economic efficiency and the social efficiency accounts for the weight is the second smallest, and the same for the0.16; Environmental benefits accounts for the minimum weight, to0.12. And then in chapter6, based on the results of underground space demand forecast and hierarchical analysis, the writer proposed investment, financing management advice and planning ideas of underground space development in JingZhou. In chapter7, the writer summarized the conculusions, put forward the shortcomings. |
