The Research On Demand Forecast For Exploitation And Utilization Of Underground Space Resources By Shanghai Urban Development

From the process of the development of big cities in developed countries, the exploitation and utilization of underground space is the scientific and effective way to soive the land tensions, traffic congestion, environmental degradation and other urban problems and achieve sustainable development. Therefore large-scale exploitation and utilization of underground space in Shanghai is an inevitable trend. To meet the exploitation and utilization of underground space developing trends in the future in Shanghai, in order to achieve optimum efficiency and the protection and utilization of underground space, more attention need to be paid to the demand forecast research on urban development and the exploitation and utilization of underground space.This paper firstly summarized the existing research results on the demand forecast of underground space, analyzed the correlation between urban development and underground space exploitation and utilization, then established index and index System for the demand forecast research, creatively put forward "Urban Underground Space Harmony Demand Forecasts Theory and Method", analyzed and predicted the developing trend of underground space resource in Shanghai during the "11 · Five-year Plan" and after 2010. Finally, with the advanced experience of urban underground space exploitation and utilization of foreign developed countries, made a number of recommendations for the planning and management of urban underground space exploitation and utilization of in Shanghai.
