Human in the21st century after, energy and environment over-exploitation of pollution has become a serious problem. Therefore, wind power and solar power generation in the application of mature gradually. Wind-light complementary system and put forward its a step forward in industrial technology. Scenery is its main complementary street lamp of the application, it used the wind-light complementary system energy advantage, has the stable and save resources and low power consumption zero emissions and many other advantages. Therefore, its considerable application prospects determine the key technology research value.With careful research and analysis found that the current scene after complementary street lamp system there are still some shortage:system control strategy are not perfect, make its power of natural energy application process can achieve maximum efficiency. At the same time the battery charge and discharge of the part of the control technology wasn’t mature enough, cause the battery service life greatly reduce, a direct impact on the actual effect of it and big range promotion.This article in view of the above the key technologies used in the study, the main content of the complete work are as follows:1) Research on the scenery of the complementary street lamp research status, determined the scenery complementary each of the street lamp system component of it. System mainly includes wind power and photovoltaic energy and battery charging and discharging of management, and to each part of the working principle and characteristics of makes a detailed analysis and studies, and make sure that the battery charge method to three for charging mode.2) Determined the fan and the most (p v) power generating power tracing control strategy. The wind power control system, compared to consider various fan control strategy in this paper has determined after the control plan, hardware circuit structure adopted two pipe is shock and the feedback loop control mode. The solar power control system, all sorts of MPPT algorithm analysis, this paper is the most power to determine the tracking control algorithm, and the design will be able to realize the control algorithm hardware circuit and software flow.3) The scenery complementary street lamp system design in of each unit circuit are given, and the hardware structure of complementary scenery street block diagram, which mainly include:implementing fan the control strategy of the two pipe is induced the feedback loop, and realize the MPPT (p v) power control circuit, battery mode three-step charging loop and discharge control circuit and finished the design of software program flow chart.In the last part of the system are given with the related experiments and the simulation results, and carries on the careful analysis, and the results show that the designed system can realize the scenery complementary street lamps of wind power and solar power of intelligent control, and the battery charging process discharge reasonable and effective and extend the service life of the battery, for scenery complementary the reliable operation of the street lamps and big range promotion provide good conditions.
