EMU has contributed significantly to the development of modern transport, and shallowpit shift car stage is devoted to the mechanical and electrical equipment of the motor carmanufacturing, maintenance, repair and other processes shunting transition operations. Withthe extensive construction of domestic high-speed railway in recent years, the shift cars havebeen applied in many place. At the same time the level of application of inverter technology andthe accuracy of the frequency control requirements are also rising. Frequency control system isopen-loop control, amounting to less than the accuracy requirements. In addition to the ACinduction motor mathematical model is more complex, control features are also vulnerable tovarious kinds of interference. PLC is the core of the modern industrial automation and control,with the frequency converter and the touch screen will greatly enhance the level of automation.Static and dynamic characteristics based on the use of PLC control, the design of fuzzycontroller and added to the control algorithm will greatly improve the system.PLC frequency control three-phase asynchronous motors, as well as using the touch screenand a large number of sensors to achieve automatic control of the whole system shift car units ofthe shallow pit type. First introduced the three-phase asynchronous motor electric drive system,and then describes the inverter, touch screen, and the PLC-related knowledge, the proposedsystem hardware and software design. On this basis, the introduction to fuzzy control theory todesign a fuzzy controller.Frequency control, proximity switches automatically rail lock rail (error <3mm) due to shiftthe car units, not in the course of their work shift wagon inertia shock and jitter, so the effectivelife of the shift wagon. Fuzzy control based on PLC give full play to the high reliability of thePLC, simple programming, high anti-interference capability, and improve the precision of thesystem.
