Along with the development of the national economy more and more quickly, there are more and more underground projects at present in China. With the development of mine, tunnel and metro, various geological hazards in the project become more and more obviously, including water gushing problems at is the main geological disasters. With the mine excavation depth increases, and the highways and railway tunnels located in China’s west of the geological excessive stage construction unceasingly, water gushing disasters bring more and more serious harms, which makes great threat to the lives and property of the enormous security during construction process.Underground project construction process of water gushing disaster happened at complicated, grouting is on of the effective ways to solve the problem of water gushing, but the pressure produced in the process of slurry grouting and fracture water will influence the structure arounding, such as lining structure, and even to the building structure on the ground, affecting the structure of stability, and causing sudden water gushing success after sealing the disasters likely.In this work, starting from the visualization quasi three-dimensional moving water grouting test and based on the dynamic water grouting pressure theory researches at home and abroad, we have dynamic water grouting pressure distribution analysis with the software of Fluent and Comsol, then we have the main content generalization next:(l)Set up the mathematical model of the water grouting, studies the theory of grouting pressure, understanding of power law fluid and Binhanm fluid constitutive equations, the sports model and the diffusion theory. Based on the water for the mud flow of power law fluid hypothesis, this paper founds the mathematical mathematical model, and has the result after considering the grouting fissure roughness, and on the basis of grouting pressure equation of grouting pressure.With the diffusion the grout becomes more and more distant from the Grouting hole and at the same time, grouting pressure also presents the diminishing state. And with the spread of the slurry, grouting pressure decrease the rate also gradually reduced.(2) Proceeding quasi three-dimensional dynamic water grouting test. The bench could have dynamic water grouting test under different conditions, and imitate the diffusion of different grouting parameter dynamic underwater. What’s more, it also could the monitoring tester pressure, temperature, flow speed data and the diffusion of slurry in real time, and provides a basis for the diffusion of dynamic water grouting and dynamic water slurry grouting pressure theory research.There are three different grouting materials for the test, respectively are slurry, polymer compound and chemical grout. Three kinds of materials on behalf of the different types of materials, and have different diffusion phenomenon in test. The slurry happen filling diffusion phenomenon, and could achieve the success of fissure closure; Polymer compound happen displacement diffusion, and the water will be totally driven in this progress. Considering the economy, the test use substitutes, not the actual engineering used in chemical grout in chemical grout diffusion test in order to observe the diffusion of physical properties similar to chemical grout.(3)Use Fluent and Comsol to simulate the slurry diffusion, use of software simulation to observe slurry diffusion process under different condition and as grouting process, pressure field changes of dynamic water grouting. Calculation results of the software show that grouting pressure in the direction of flow decrease from the mouth to the side, and more rapidly in reverse flow direction. In the direction vertical to flow, pressure grouting in the direction of flow from mouth axial diminishing from side to side, present a symmetrical forms.
