With the rapid development of deep tunnels,mines,hydropower stations,caverns and other underground space construction,the engineering geological problems encountered are more and more,and sudden underground water and water disasters occur frequently.Underground deep construction facing a huge threat of high pressure and high flow water inrush.At present,the commonly used reinforcement grouting material is cement,cement mortar,water glass,polyurethane and so on.The above grouting material has good effect in engineering reinforcement.But in the face of deep underground engineering with rich groundwater,especially in the case of high pressure water inrush,these conventional grouting material on the one hand resistance to water scouring ability is not good enough.It need to keep grouting,increase the amount of grouting to block the moving water,resulting in the need to consume the manpower and material resources greatly increased;On the other hand,in the underground water control project in the water blocking capacity of the material requires a special construction process,for most of the construction site is difficult to meet the equipment conditions,resulting in difficult to use better material to carry out water shutting operations.Usually high-pressure water flow has a strong flow and permeability,the fissure part of the water flow faster,grouting material is often scattered or condensed body strength is not enough to form an effective plugging network;In the low temperature water conditions,paste gel or coagulation speed is slow,the strength of the late stone is weakened;underground deep water quality is more complex,chemical grouting material after the consolidation of the body for a long time immersed in water,Once the material is toxic,it will lead to a large area of human and animal water pollution within the reach of the waters.Therefore,the use of grouting materials for such engineering problems,developed a good application in the water treatment project,with a certain anti-water scouring performance,the initial finishing time can be adjusted,with a certain intensity of moving water grouting material is imminent.This paper is about the dynamic water grouting material test to carry out the following aspects of research work:(1)Firstly,the cementitious cement is analyzed and compared.Ordinary portland cement has long coagulation time and low early strength,the sulphoaluminate cement is a kind of special cementing material with rapid hardening and early strength,dense cement structure,good corrosion resistance,hydration products with filling and dense role,but its late strength growth is not obvious or even reverse the phenomenon,and the price is more expensive.Combined with the characteristics of ordinary portland cement and sulphoaluminate cement,the use of ordinary silicate-sulphoaluminate composite cement clinker system,the advantages and disadvantages of the two complement each other,give full play to their characteristics,through the composite cement The ratio of the composite cement was better than that of the composite cement base,and then the water-reducing agent,the early strength agent,the anti-dispersant and the nanometer material were added to the composite cement base The use of QM cellulose,and then by adding nano-silica to improve the performance of the cement slurry,the use of anti-dispersant agent,So that the nano-composite cement-based waterdriven grouting material can be a certain water flow rate with good resistance to erosion(2)By using the orthogonal analysis method,four kinds of nano-composite cement-based water-jet grouting materials were optimized according to the principle of different setting time.The four optimization schemes are better in terms of stability,mobility,compressive strength and anti-dispersibility.(3)In order to explore the enhancement mechanism and anti-dispersion mechanism of nanocomposite cement-based water-jet grouting materials,X-ray diffraction and microscopic analysis of scanning electron microscopy were used to optimize the ratio of optimized nanocomposite cement-based hydrocracking materials Microscopic analysis,the addition of nano-materials and early strength agent to the composite cement slurry strength has a higher promotion,and the addition of anti-dispersant to improve the cement slurry in the moving water is easily diluted characteristics of the dispersion,so that nano-composite cement The base water-jet grouting material has good anti-dispersibility.(4)The nanocomposite cement-based hydrocracking material scheme is applied to the water treatment project of the underground pumping station in the middle of the Yellow River Diversion Project in Shanxi Province.Combined with the situation of flood water and the construction of the project,Choose the ratio of 0.6 water-cement ratio of the optimal program for the first grouting,and then use the 0.4 ratio of water-cement ratio of the optimal program to add grouting,underground pumping station sudden water was significantly reduced,indicating that nano-composite cement-based water The pulp material has certain effect on the hydrodynamic treatment,which provides the guiding direction for the future improvement of the grouting material and the reference for the construction of the moving water treatment project.
