Research On The Heavy-haul Railway Cargo Distribution And Transportation Integration Based On The Synergetic Theory

Railway transportation is identified with its outstanding characteristics of tremendous traffic volume, low energy consumption and little operation cost, and plays a prospected role in the promotion progress of society’s sustainable development. At present, with the rapid development and widespread application of the new technology, the tendency of the railway updating and upgrading is now forming quickly, and under this background the conception of heavy-haul railway is then proposed. Meanwhile, a cargo distribution and transportation integrated system of heavy-haul railway along Daqing railway was proposed and have been pursued to other coal-transportation railways.In this dissertation, the connotation and characteristics of heavy-haul railway cargo distribution and transportation integration and cooperation are analyzed with the synergetic theory, and then main issues of heavy-haul railway cargo distribution and transportation integration and cooperation, including companion selection, profit distribution and cooperation of freight operation are discussed. The main work and achievement of this dissertation is as follows:Firstly, the standard for the heavy-haul railway cargo distribution and transportation companion selection is analyzed, the principle of companion selection evaluation index system is described and the establishment and optimization method for a complete index system is conducted, then with the weight determination by FAHP method and index marking by the uncertain multiple attribute decision method, companion selection model is proposed and a practical example is introduced. Secondary, the profit distribution principle of the heavy-haul railway cargo distribution and transportation is discussed based on the asymmetric information and a relevant profit distribution model is proposed, with the solution by multiple stage game method and modification by Shapley value method induced in the solution progress of minimum distance model. Then a practical example is also introduced. Finally, the conception of railway cooperation freight operation is defined, and the connotation and characteristics of heavy-haul railway cooperation freight operation are analyzed, thus the cooperation freight operation system is designed, and a serious cooperation freight operation strategies are proposed, including products strategy, transportation service strategy, transportation organization strategy, optimal configuration of resource strategy, sales distribution and promotion strategy, client relationship management strategy and social responsibility freight marketing strategy, et al, the theories proposed above are also verified by the analysis of Daqing railway freight marketing case.
