By using efficient transport mode, the Heavy-haul transport mode can be used inthe busy line of adequate flow of goods. Not only it can meet the needs of rapideconomic and social development, but also it is the direction of development offreight in existing railways after the high-speed railway is put into operation.In this paper, after a comprehensive analysis of transportation organization modeand heavy-haul equipment in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, SouthAfrica, a deep research into the characteristics of Da-Qin Heavy-haul railwayoperating unit train, existing line reconstruction operating combined train mixed andHeavy-haul equipment of China is put forward.On the basis of understanding coal production and distribution of Inner Mongolia,coal transportation situation of east of Inner Mongolia, west of Inner Mongolia andHulunbeier is counted. The freight flow organization and wagon flow organization inDa-Bao railway and Tong-huo railway are summarized. The operation organization ofcombinational decomposition station, removing and adding assisting vehicle stationand overtaking station in Da-Bao railway and other related railways, the use oflocomotives and vehicles work organization, the operation organization of milliontones of train tail device and the operation organization of emergency rescue in heavyhaul train are put forward. What is more, transport channel capacity of Da-Baorailway, the existing questions of transportation organization operating10,000tons oftrain are analyzed.The layout questions of overtaking stations for Heavy-haul trains along existingdouble track railways are discussed. The station tracking intervals under existing lineoperating Heavy-haul trains are recalculated. The methods of using removalcoefficient can be used to calculate the spacing of overtaking stations. The formula ofnumbers of arrival-departure line at the heavy haul train stop is summarized. At last,this paper gives the relationship between quantities of running lines of Heavy-haul train drawing train diagram and the layout of overtaking stations for Heavy-haultrains.
