During the construction of long-span continuous rigid frame bridge,the use of beam hanging basket cantilever casting construction,deformation and internal force is changing,such as linear and bridge structural internal force is closely related to the construction process,in addition to the structure will be affected by many factors effects,such as theoretical calculations,material properties,construction precision,load and so on.Therefore required by construction monitoring real-time recognition of the state of construction,tuning,correction and prediction,so that the construction is in control system to ensure that the internal force state and linear as designed after the completion of the bridge.Hanging basket cantilever casting construction of continuous rigid frame bridge construction monitoring mainly based on the structure of deflection,stress,temperature in real-time observation of the model parameters correction forecast for the next construction segment.In this paper,a combination of a span of 45+82+45 meters of prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,to be monitored,the main contents and results are as follows:The basket Cantilever continuous rigid-frame bridge construction,construction of the main basis for monitoring the deflection of the structure,stress,temperature,etc.in real-time observation and structural parameters of modified model,To predict the next segment deflection of the construction and structure of stress,achieve the final design of the state to ensure the bridge structure into the bridge line and stress to meet the design requirements.1?the use of Midas Civil bridge dedicated to its finite element analysis software to simulate the bridge construction process analysis,including boundary conditions,weight,construction loads,prestressed load,elastic modulus and other parameters for simulation.2?Monitoring during construction may affect the deformation and internal forces and hanging basket load,material properties of concrete,prestressed pipe friction,temperature-site inspection and testing,to correct the theoretical model.3?In the deflection of linear control,construction set is given formula Elevation of proposed closure the main beam control precautions.And management of the gray system model to calculate the error analysis.4?stress control,to calculate the shrinkage and creep strain and temperature resulting from the measured strain isolated from the strain,which calculated the strain caused by the actual load value.
