In recent years,with China's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of transport,have built a lot of prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge.Because the in crease of construction difficulty,therefore,in the construction process have also been many problems can not be ignored,construction monitoring which is particularly prominent deflection and stress.Prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge construction process control is to ensure the construction quality and safety,is to ensure that the stress state into the bridge line and an important measure to meet the design requirements.The basket Cantilever continuous rigid-frame bridge construction,construction of the main basis fir monitoring the defection of the structure,stress,temperature,etc.in real-time observation and structural parameters of modified model,to predict the next segment deflection of the construction and structure of stress,achieve the final design of the state to ensure the bridge structure into the bridge line and stress to meet the design requirements.In this paper,AK4+240 prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge,its construction monitoring and stress research,the main contents and results are as follows:1.The structural features and Construction method of continuous rigid frame bridge were analyzed and summarized the domestic and bridge construction monitoring technology development status,pointing out that the implementation of large span bridge the importance and necessity of construction control2.From the construction monitoring of the purpose,methods,principles and other aspects of the construction monitoring theory,and the construction control of the control principle and key issues are analyzed3.On the basic of the construction monitoring of AK4+240 bridge,to use of DR.Bridge to simulate the bridge construction process analyses,including internal force and stress in the construction process and operation of bridge.4.Combined with the calculation of structure,the bridge construction process were monitoring.Ensuring construction quality and safety about,as well as stress and linear satisfies the requirements.
