PK prestressed composite slab is composed of precast prestressed ribbed paneland superimposed concrete. PK prestressed composite slab is different from othercomposite slab, because there are ribs with preparative holes on the precastprestressed ribbed panel. On one hand,transverse reinforcing steel bars are seted upthrough the holes to make the composite slab be two-way slab.On the other hand,theribs can improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the precast prestressed ribbedpanel.Compared to the traditional composite slab,the improvement of PK prestressedcomposite slab can not only meet the mechanic demands,but also make theproduction、transport and construction be more simple.PK prestressed composite slabis more vital than the traditional composite slab,and it has been spreaded and putedinto use positively in hunan、shandong and shanxi etc.This thesis has done deep researches on the experiment of PK prestressedcomposite slab who is simply supported on four sides.The main purposes of thisexperiment are as follows: on the condition of uniform distributed load, observe thedistribution form of the composite slab’s yield-line and obtain the ultimate load whenthe composite slab reaches the ultimate status,and then analyse the mechanicperformance of the composite slab on the ultimate status.In the meanwhile,thecrack-resistance performance of the composite slab, the combine mechanism of thenew concrete and old concrete are analyzed in this thesis.In the last of this thesis, theformation mechanism of the composite slab’s two-way working performances isanalyzed by finite element.The experiment of PK prestressed composite slab who is simply supported onfour sides shows that,though the stiffnesses of the two way are different in the casethat prestressed steel bars are seted up in the longitudinal and the common steel barsare seted up in the the other direction, the composite slab has good performances oftwo-way working.Compared to the common two-way slab,the composite slab ofdifferent stiffnesses on two way will adjust the distribution of the load on it.Itillustrates that the strong stiffness way(the way of prestressed steel bars) will sharethe load from the weak stiffness way (the way of comman steel bars) due to two-waydeformation-coordinate. It shows that this composite slab has good two-way workingperformances.The cracks of the slab are Firstly appeared at the split lines between the prestressed ribbed panel,and then the cracks of the other way and the slant cracks areappeared. The yield-lines develop in the law of about38.2degree slantdistribution,the theoretical ultimate load almost conforms to the experimental ultimateload..It shows that the PK prestressed composite slab’s yield-lines is basically samewith the common anisotropic slab’s.
