The Prestressed concrete composite hollow slab is using in the building floor. It is a whole structure which using precast slab and then pouring concrete on the base plate. The slab can fully show the advantages of the precast floor slab and the cast-in-place floor slab, reduce their weakness. All of this makes it more perfectly for building. The development and research of the composite structure is a tendency in the world. It can improve the seismic performance and whole performance, save the consumption, time, materials, cost, and can protect the environment, develop the industrialization, improve the productivity. This paper research the composite prestressed concrete hollow slab. And the main points are as follows:(1) This paper research the composite prestressed concrete hollow slab’s theory detailly, including the working principle, normally utilized limit status and limit status of bearing capability(2)This paper made a static loading test for CRB800H grade cold-rolled ribbed reinforced prestressed composite hollow slab. The test took4pieces of120mm thick prestressed concrete hollow plate and4pieces of170mm thick composite prestressed concrete hollow slab. Explore the the cracking load, ultimate load and cracks, drawing the load deflection curve. The concluded is this kind of composite hollow slab structure has an excellent performance.(3) By the experiment and the theoretical comparing the CRB800H grade cold-rolled ribbed reinforced prestressed composite hollow slab and the baseplate with cracking moment and ultimate bending moment. Putting forward the dependency computing pattern and the formula about the cracking moment and ultimate bending moment. These can be used in the production, construction or provide some tests of these slabs.(4) By using the finite element analysis software analysis the CRB800H grade cold-rolled ribbed reinforced hollow prestressed composite plate. The result of the load deflection curve, cracks, and the whole failure process are similar to the test, the rationality of the model was verified.(5) Through the finite element software simulate the different thickness span about360cm of composite layer, puts forward the prefect range of composite layer thickness. This method is appropriate to other lenth and steel ratio of composite plate,and also provide a reference for construction and design.the result is the composite hollow slab has a prefect seismic performance by simulating repeated load...
