| The post-install pull-out method is a new concrete nondestructive testingmethod. At present, scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of researcheson this method and obtained some achievements. Polyvinyl alcohol-engineeredcementitious composite (PVA-ECC) is one of the common composites, which boastsof good durability, wearability, fire resistance, high-temperature, resistance, permeability resistance and crack resistance. Now it is an ideal repairing andreinforcement material in the field of structure reinforcement. PVA-ECCreinforcement method is a new structure reinforcement method. It has goodmaneuverability, wide application range, high performance price ratio on site andbroad application prospect. Presently, studies on PVA-ECC strength inspectiondomestically are limited. The present thesis carried on the comparison and regression analysis of test dataof components with5strength classes and3steel nets spacing in order to find out therelationship between mortar strength and pull-out force, and the effects of differentsteel nets spacing on the pull-out force. Firstly, pull-out and pressure tests wereconducted on members and mortar blocks of different strength to collect pull-outforce and compressive strength. Secondly, fitted curve was confirmed to be linearregress equation and least square method was selected to analyze test data. Relativecoefficient and parameters were calculated to establish the strength curve. F-test wasused to analyze the significance of regression model, confidence interval ofparameters and correction factor were calculated. Lastly, contrastive analyses werecarried out on the strength curve under different conditions. The present thesis has fitted the strength curve of PVA-ECC under different testparameters, making up the defect that other inspection techniques can not be appliedto inspect mortar lamina accurately. Meanwhile, the research conducted could providefurther study with bases and references. |
