Water is the source of life, the soul of the city. Modern water network is composed oftraditional network development, not only inherited the traditional water up to now stillfavorable elements, at the same time as the changes of the times, will continue to be the newelement incorporated therein. Modern water network including not only the natural waterbody, water and other natural elements, embodiments also include Linyi city characteristics ofvarious water conservancy project elements as well as for the protection of water resourcesand its development services technical factor, legal factors, economic factors etc.With the continuous development of social economy, water continued to rise, a seriousshortage of water resources and spatio-temporal distributing not all, has become aconstraining economic and social development of the most prominent bottleneck. Acceleratethe construction of a water resources allocation, flood control, water conservation andcomprehensive functions of modern water network project system to adapt to conditions ofwater, is the inevitable choice, is the basic mark of irrigation works modernization.In recent years, Linyi city attaches great importance to landscape and ecologicalconstruction, has invested about40billion yuan to the city of wear and the eight rivers ofwater governance reform, execute and build green combination, to create a waterfrontecological green corridor, the comprehensive construction of riverside landscape. At present,Linyi city has formed the flood and waterlogging prevention network, water resourcesallocation, water ecological networks is the organic unity of the modern intelligent network.Its function is complete, strong security, ecological beauty, flood protection, water supply,ecological integration in.In project evaluation theory development process, project, industrial project evaluationtheory and method through has been the development of mature, but in actual job has alsoplayed an important role. Study on urban water supply networks benefit evaluation undertookrelatively systematic research, and strive to explore at the theoretical level, and to seekeffective the solution in practice.The thesis first introduces the Linyi city’s natural environment and social economicsituation, and the construction practice and current situation undertook an analysis review.After that, according to Linyi city the modern water network and its characteristics, design aset for its benefit evaluation evaluation index system, and aims at the traditional analytic hierarchy process some of the shortcomings and the items in the social evaluation processfeatures, the paper introduces the fuzzy analysis method, and make the appropriateimprovements, to establish reasonable, effective evaluation model. Finally, combined with theLinyi city of modern water network practice, applying the model, to Linyi city modern waternetwork and evaluate.Paper for future similar project benefit evaluation work provides the framework and ideas,but also through evaluation to identify projects during the shortcomings, and the direction offuture improvement.
